How long do the lessons last?
The lessons last 1 hour 20 minutes

Will there be homework?
Homework is normally given each week to reinforce what has been learnt in the lesson. This is expected to take no more than 20 minutes at the most.

How many children are taught by the teacher?
Your child will be taught in a group of between 3 and 5 children. As all the children in the group are working on their own Individual Learning Programmes, competition between them is eliminated and so is the fear of failure.

What if my child misses a lesson?
Your child will be given their own allocated slot in the week and so we do ask that missed lessons are paid for. However, we will always do our best to find a suitable time to do a 'make up' session. If you know that your child is going to miss a lesson then please let the centre know as soon as possible so that the slot can be used for other children requiring a make-up session.

How do I know how my child is doing?
Your child has a workbook in which all their work is done. Your child's teacher assesses your child each week as this informs the next week's programme of work.
